My friend who is a falconer recently caught an American Kestrel to train. He named him Apollo. Apollo just left the nest and still has some of his down feathers. He will be trained to hunt for birds such as quail and doves.

My friend got his second hawk. This one is named Clyde. We took him hunting along with two hunting dogs to catch rabbits. Here is Clyde with a chunk of meat.
